Book Signing: William C Westgard - Articles 92, 93, & 114

William C. Westgard is a retired infantry officer
whose Army service included three years in Germany, two tours in
Vietnam, another two tours in pre-revolutionary Iran, and extensive
travel in the Middle East and Africa. His experience of eight years as a
member of numerous general and special courts-martial, both in Germany
and in the United States, provided insights for writing "Article 119:
Manslaughter" and currently drafted sequels. He also served repeatedly
as trial counsel (prosecutor) and defense counsel for special
courts-martial when laymen were required to do so. Westgard lives in the
Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, and when not writing, visits family and
friends north and south on the east coast, travels to Europe, is an
amateur actor, and volunteers in civic activities.
