About the Author

Dr. Mary A. Bruno, ordained minister/author, serves with her husband, the Reverend Doctor Rocco Bruno. She is Co-founder and Vice President of Interdenominational Ministries International, and Co-founder and Vice Chancellor of the IMI Bible College and Seminary (a distance learning school) in Vista, California, where she has taught for more than two decades. Her talks are laced with humor, witty insights, and a knack for applying God's Word in a way that seems to "hit the spot." Many have received Christ with the fullness of His Spirit, and have been healed and set free, and have recognized their gifings and callings under her ministry. Dr. Bruno has earned three doctoral degrees, in addition to a Standard Ministerial Diploma from L.I.F.E. Bible College; a Master of Theology, and Doctor of Ministry Degree (D.Min.) from the School of Bible Theology, which also awarded her the Honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree (D.D.). She has earned a Doctor of Theology Degree, (Th.D.) from the IMI Bible College & Seminary; and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Pastoral Christian Counseling (Ph.D., P.C.C.) from the Evangelical Theological Seminary. She has taught, preached, presented Spiritual Gift seminars, and evangelized in the USA, Mexico, the West Indies, and Italy. Turnouts skyrocketed when she presided over the Vista Women's Aglow. She also produced and hosted her "Words in Season" radio broadcast that aired for several years over KPRZ and KCEO in San Diego County. Her life verse is, "The Lord God has given Me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him who is weary" (Isa. 50:5a NKJV). Her heart's cry is, "Just let me preach, touch God's people, and pray for them. I want to see God bless them and meet their needs."
