Chef Brian Noyes from Red Truck Bakery at Nibblins in Old Town
Brian Noyes is the owner, proprietor and baker-in-chief of the Red Truck Bakery in nearby Warrenton and Marshall, VA. While art director at The Washington Post, Smithsonian and other magazines, he trained at culinary schools (CIA in Hyde Park NY, L’Academie de Cuisine near DC, King Arthur Baking in Norwich VT) and later left publishing to open a bakery in rural Virginia. Red Truck Bakery now has two locations and ships thousands of bakery and novelty items nationwide every year. Brian will be at Nibblins to share samples of foods from his recipes, and sign cookbooks.
